Not quite exactly.

If you pay close attention to the table given on the top of this very same page, the Catholic/Latin Roman Cross (in row 2) just happens to be a little bit thickier than the original Cross (in row 1). That extra thickness shows the specific Catholic/Latin Roman character or version of the original Cross (which also happens to be the default Cross of the many different Protestant denominations, so there is no need for (a) specific Protestant Cross(es)).

[Sorry for this late answer, I just think it may help other people with the same curiosity, and that in the meantime you've probably correctly figured out the answer.]

Be sure you're using the 10-key pad when performing the Alt code method. It won't work using the numbers above the letters on your keyboard. Verify that your Number Lock (NUMLK) is turned on, then hold down the Alt key while entering 0134. You can press the number keys one at a time, but you must have Alt held down the whole time. When you release Alt after you've entered the numerical sequence, the cross appears.
